Lindsay Lohan is ranting and raving to anyone within earshot that she is going to appeal her jail sentence of 90 days. Hot on that debate, word has it that Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley dropped her like it's hot. Or not.

Lohan's new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, is fresh off the press and new to lawyer land. I don't think Lindsay has a snowballs chance in hell at getting out of this mess. A little jail time and a lot of rehab might do her a little good. I believe Lindsay will just have to get through it and then she'll be back to her old ways. Maybe the next time she'll be a little wiser and a lot more discreet.
